Corrugated Cardboard Paper
Corrugated cardboard is a kind of board composed of corrugated core and cover layers formed between two or more layers of cardboard, commonly known as “pit sheet”, “corrugated paper”, “corrugated core paper”, “corrugated core paper”, “corrugated board”, “corrugated core paper”, “corrugated core paper”, “corrugated core paper”, “corrugated core paper”, “corrugated core paper”, It is commonly known as “pit sheet”, “corrugated paper”, “corrugated medium”, “corrugated core paper” and “corrugated medium”. Corrugated paper is lightweight, has good structural properties, strong load-bearing capacity, and can resist moisture (commonly used in courier boxes, cartons, and other packaging). Weight of corrugated paper: 80g, 100g, 110g, 120g, 130g, 140g, 160g, etc. Weight of backing paper top paper: 80g, 110g, 130g, 160g, 170g, 190g, 250g, etc.
Corrugated generally consists of face paper, backing paper, core paper, flute paper corrugated cardboard commonly used flute type: A flute, B flute, C flute, E flute , F flute.
A flute (large corrugated): the highest compressive strength, but easy to be damaged, rich in elasticity and cushioning, used for outer cartons, lattice plate, suitable for lighter items.
B flute (small corrugated): poor strength and good stability, flat surface, high plane pressure, used for cartons, boxes, checkerboards, liners, suitable for packaging heavier and harder items.
C flute (medium corrugated): strength between A and B, performance is close to A type corrugated, price is more economical.
E flute (tiny corrugated): the number of flutes of E-type flute in 30cm length is generally about 95, and the flute height is about 1.1㎜. Compared with A, B, and C-type corrugated used for outer packaging, it has the characteristics of being thinner and harder. Therefore, the main purpose of developing E-type flute is to make it into folding carton to increase the cushioning. Corrugated boxes made from E flute have a beautiful appearance, a smooth surface, and can be printed in a more complex way, so they are usually used for decorative corrugated boxes.
F flute (extremely thin corrugated): Used as disposable packaging for foodstuffs such as burgers and pastries, or for microelectronic products such as digital cameras and cold storage products.
In order to meet the different packaging performance needs of various products in the market, the common three-layer, five-layer and seven-layer corrugated boards are derived from the combination of different flute types.
3-layer corrugated board: It consists of two layers of linerboard and one layer of corrugated core paper, and is commonly used as B-wafer, C-wafer, A-wafer, E-wafer, etc. B-wafer is mainly used for small home appliances. It is mainly used for small household appliances, etc. B-wafer is commonly used for packaging in the food and beverage industries.
5-layer corrugated: Made up of two layers of linerboard, one layer of sandwich paper and two layers of corrugated core paper, commonly used in BC, AB and BE. It is suitable for the packaging of single-piece light-weight and fragile contents.
7-layer corrugated: composed of two layers of liner, two layers of sandwich paper and three layers of corrugated core paper, commonly used as AAA tile, BAB tile. Mainly used for packaging heavy goods, such as motorcycles.
