First, raw material acceptance. We strictly control raw materials such as paper, printing ink, glue, etc., to ensure that they meet the industry standards and guarantee the basic quality of the product.
Second, production processing control. Production processing control is like the process of fine-tuning. By precisely regulating the pressure, temperature, speed and other parameters of the paper, we ensure that the process reaches the best state.
Third, quality inspection. We set up six quality inspection processes, covering pre-press, press and post-press. Once problems are detected, we can immediately stop work and make adjustments to ensure that the printed products are flawless.
Fourth, finished product inspection. The finished product's appearance, size, packaging, labeling and other comprehensive testing. Only through the layers of tests, qualified products can be shipped smoothly.
