The New Machine–Roland Gluing, Folding and Inspection Machine
Our factory has newly introduced a new equipment--Roland Gluing, Folding and Inspection Machine.
The main advantages are:
1,The imaging accuracy of conventional printing station reaches 0.11mm0.11mm, the imaging accuracy of embossing station reaches 0.1mm*0.1mm, and the imaging accuracy of variable code station reaches 0.05mm*0.05mm, which is a very fine level;
2, able to detect printing defects, including overprinting, dirty printing, leakage, ink spots, color difference, bar code defects, etc.;
3, the maximum output up to 280m/min, 50,000 prints per hour, which is a very fast speed;
As can be seen in the picture, qualified products will go through the assembly line straight to the last staff packaged for shipment,
and unqualified products will automatically in the unqualified mouth directly out of the machine, in response to the high-volume customized production of customer products, can be quickly produced and quality and quantity, saving the customer's budget at the same time, but also saves us time and labor costs of the factory, we can also undertake more orders,especially the Orders with urgent deadlines
